Since I will just get sh!t for no recap - here it is - Just 2 suckers to
join me - trouble  you will pay for bailing! - mark and big steve joined
me for a lovely peacefull treck up a few sharp loose rocks.  We passed
wilma walking pebbles on the first fire road  (WILMAAAA!!!!!)..    I
made it half way up the first nemesis climb and cleaned the next 2
followed by me drapped over my bike gasping for air, grabbing my heart
and holding the trikle of puke back so as not to stain my shiny bike.
Rochelle let us know that there is not a fine line between heart burn
and a heart attack in nam and I could have used her advice yesterday on
the difference between gagging and puking and coughing up blood.  Once
riding along the rim it didn't get much better as the trail was
overgrown with tall grass hence hiding the nasty rocks below.  We did a
nice big loop - 8 miles which included hairy technicalities, swwwweet
white nuckle downhill (mark over the bars) I cleaned it hah! and then
some wheelie dropping fire roads, to single track to the motorcycle club
trials section (follow the leader x2!!)  back to the car.... mark and
steve were bloody and I was just dizzy and confused (and how would this
differ from every day life??? I dont know)

nice ride guys - get  a full suspension bike mark - for next time.

technicalities and climbs as promised??
