Recipe for Jumbalia!! 1 can ocra 1 slab of garlic seasoned pork (1 lb or so) Andouli!! sausage (2 links or so) - these are essentially spice hot dogs 2 roasted pablano peppers 1 roasted red pepper 2 or 3 medium tomatoes 1 onion a cup or so of tomatoe sauce couple tablespoons of dark barbecue sauce 1 dried ancho pepper (finely ground) 1/2 dried chipotle pepper (finely ground)can be hard to find) 1 cup of cooked rice 1 cup of half eaten chicken Grille or fry pork, PULL pork out of pan or off grille, then slice 1/4" thick, cut slices in thirds. Slice up andoule sausage and fry till brown - dry or with oil. Roast peppers till black, cover with foil for 5 minutes, remove skin (take down that anoying smoke alarm). Dice onion, peppers, throw in pot with olive oil - sautte' for a while. next add okra, diced tomatoes, sauce's. Grind dried peppers in coffee grinder or the like - add to mix. Add in pork, suasage, chicken, rice and any other 1/2 eaten leftovers that might just taste good in this jumble of food. Might want to add some water and a touch of salt. Simmer for 45 minutes, then eat like the ravenouse pig that you are.
