LAZY MANBOY’S LOBSTER BRISK -Steam (2) 1-1/4 lb lobsters in 1cup water with ¼ tsp each of:thyme, cumin, cayenne, chili de arbol(similar to cayenne, not chili powder) + ½ clove garlic. -Sauce: make roux w/butter &pancake mix (can subst flour) sauté ¼ red onion, ¼ red pepper + olive oil add ½&1/2, white wine, cheddar cheese, 1/4tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2tsp chili de arbol stir -save lobster juice, clean lobster, set aside meat, clean big meat out of head, throw away green stuff, return head pieces to pot with steaming liquid. Mash up. Pour some of liquid into sauce. -add juice ½ lemon to lob meat, -make spagetti -add lob meat + some mild chilis to sauce +heat up when spaget is ready -pour sauce over spagetti
